Argentina: Recoleta Cemetery's Poignant Posies

I recognized the flowers planted in front of the Recoleta Cemetery from my mom's garden. They're Day-lilies; a flower that blooms for one day and then dies. I can't think of anything more poignant in front of a cemetery than a floral reminder of how ephemeral life is: short, but so strikingly beautiful.
